I was born in Hackney, East London 1964, where I grew up with my five siblings and Jamaican mother.
I studied Business Administration, but spent most of my adult life caring for looked after children.
Although I am writing a novel, I wanted to publish this children's picture book because it is the first in a series, I am currently working on.
I am a typical East End Jamaican, who is strong willed, determined and somewhat controversial (at times).
I believe my love for writing came about because of my love for reading and the two combined, determined my decision to become an author. I like to create stories that blend fact with a little fiction (which is clearly evident my book).
