About the Authors

Jarl Forsman lives on a houseboat in Sausalito, California with her husband and co-author, Steve Sekhon. A forty year practice of Tai Chi and other forms of meditation, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, spiritual counseling, dream work, daily journal writing, personal inquiry along with help from many teachers have informed her path of self-discovery. Jarl teaches Tai Chi and Qigong and maintains a diverse counseling clientele. She co-founded Gratitude Twenty Four Seven with Steve, to help herself and others raise their consciousness in order to enhance their fulfillment in life.
