Born in Mexico into humble beginnings, Ruth's journey was shaped by her mother’s guidance and the deep wisdom of God’s ways.

Ruth founded a nationwide notary service, which grew to employ over 400 notaries and 120 contract attorneys. Later in 2014, she and her husband, Edward Fernandez, launched 1031 Crowdfunding, a real estate investment firm where Ruth has been integral to transactions totaling over $4 billion.

Together, they’ve been blessed with one son and two daughters, and their family continues to grow
