MG (Mike Gerard) Sweeney was born in Ireland on a sweltering July afternoon in nineteen seventy three when Slade were topping the charts and the earth was preparing for a penumbral lunar eclipse. Gene splicing, the ethernet and Magna Doodle were just invented and the world was just six months away from experiencing the horror which was The Exorist.

Brought up in Downings, a small village on Donegal's north coast, Mike nestled within its cocoon for 18 years until he journeyed south to Cork for seven years. He travelled to Australia and America for a couple of years before settling in Manchester, United Kingdom.
