A child of the 80s, W.R. Parrish was raised by his mother, an art teacher, and his father, a police officer, who both nurtured his various creativities. Despite a highly religious upbringing, he and his mother often took in horror flicks at the local drive-in theater, an eclectic mix which inspired and embedded its way into his writing. He currently resides in Nevada with his fiance The Professor, and his dog, Jenkins.
