David Tazbir grew up in San Diego, a chubby kid who felt more comfortable with book characters than other children. When puberty hit, the allure of the opposite sex made him trade in his Nintendo remote for track shorts, and he began interacting with ‘real’ people. The world of fiction is still his special place reserved for late nights and the occasional weekend splurge.

David’s life is mostly comprised of learning. With a B.A. in psychology, he is now in the middle of a M.S. program in Marriage and Family Therapy. Parallel and often intertwining with this path, a series of creative writing courses and workshop groups have been David’s all-consuming passion.
