John Kim is a licensed therapist, speaker, and author of nine books, including the bestsellers I Used To Be A Miserable F*ck and Single. On Purpose. He has been featured in the New York Post, NPR, Armchair Expert, and Vice, and had books optioned for television shows. John changed the temperature of therapy twelve years ago after going through a divorce, when he started blogging about his own struggles and riding up to therapy sessions on a motorcycle to do walk-and-talks around Silver Lake or conversations at coffee shops. Since then, he has done thousands of sessions to change people’s lives and helped hundreds of thousands on social media where he is known as The Angry Therapist.
