Dr, Harpe grew up as an average middle classe American after returning to the States at the age of 2. He was raised in a single family home where convenience and quick meals were a necessity. His primary diet was of manufactured food, fast food and soft drinks. After marrying, His life path lead him to medical school where he became and Internal Medicine Doctor and later served in various Public Health positions. He now has 20 years of primary care experience and has seen first hand the explosion of chronic disease and obesity in this country. HIs unique perspective on health is derived from his experience in primary care as well as his experience with processed foods and having become obese and unhealthy himself while practicing medicine. ...more
