R F Coles is the founder and editor in chief of Wonderbookland.com. He grew up in the Chilterns, first on a mobile home park then in an old country house in Dancers End, his own Buckinghamshire Narnia. Spending more time in hospital than behind a desk, Robert struggled academically and had his sixth form application rejected. Things started looking up though when he was offered at place at SOAS, London University, to study Social Anthropology, after turning down another to do Law.
