David F. Clark is a self-described nerd. While working on his computer science and medical degrees, he became obsessed with brains, genetic engineering, artificial intelligence, and the future of mankind. His debut novel, What a Piece of Work is Man, explores the humanity of three characters in a semi-dystopian future filled with controversial technologies.

He practices neurology in the midwest and enjoys spending time with his wife, hoarding classical music, and wrestling with his four boys.

Low carbohydrate, low fat diet and obesity, diabetes

A passionate but, most importantly, scientifically sound presentation on the bad advice to which the American public has been victim for the last 30 years. As some have put it, we have been the subjects of the largest non-randomized uncontrolled trial ever put forth. And the results are not positive.
