Caleb Anthony spent years inside Get Motivated, one of the largest motivational seminar companies in the country, where he watched thousands of smart, capable people pay good money to learn exactly what to do, then go home and not do it. He has an MBA in IT Management, which mainly taught him that intelligence was never the missing ingredient.

He is not writing from above any of this. You Knew Better: Why You Did It Anyway is the book he wrote when he ran out of ways to pretend he was the exception. It is not a pep talk.
