JS Rowan is a writing team who are both military veterans. We have been married for thirty years, though it seems much longer! Just kidding. JS stands for Jim and Sharon.

When we are not busy writing, we are thinking up new and unusual technologies--some of which are in this book. We are working on the second Jupiter Fleet novel, called "Too Soon to Mars", which starts six months after "Werewolves Don't Purr."

We are big fans of all kinds of science-fiction, and yes--that includes Star Trek. We have even been known to attend the occasional Comic-Con or Fan Expo. Jim's favorite SF author is Robert A. Heinlein (keeping it old school), and Sharon's favorites are Jim Butcher, John Ringo and Lois McMaster Bujold.
