Michelle lives in Ottawa, Ontario. Michelle has two children, a daughter Avery (no allergies/asthma) and a son Nolan who since infancy has had eczema, asthma, multiple anaphylactic food allergies as well as multiple environmental allergies.

Michelle began writing in hopes of providing a fun yet informative manner in which to share allergy information. Her aspiration; to create books which would not only engage children with allergies but that might also be used as a resource to aid in allergy education.
