Eduardo Jáuregui es doctor en ciencias políticas y sociales, con una tesis doctoral sobre el sentido del humor. Ha sido profesor de psicología positiva en Saint Louis University (campus de Madrid) y actualmente enseña en diversos master universitarios.

Es director de la escuela de mindfulness Modo Ser (modoser.com) y de la consultora de formación Humor Positivo (humorpositivo.com).

Su extensa obra literaria, publicada en 20 idiomas, incluye monográficos de psicología, novelas, libros infantiles y juveniles, y biografía.

De mayor, quiere ser astronauta.
