KSR Menon has worked as the Middle East correspondent of Indian news agencies – the Press Trust of India and later the United News of India – in Dubai for over 18 years. Reporting on the political and economic developments in the region has given him a keen insight into the life in one of the most volatile regions of the world. Menon was also News Editor with Emirates Evening Post, the first eveninger from Dubai. He has traveled extensively in the region.

His articles have appeared in Far Eastern Economic Review (Hong Kong), Lloyd’s List (London), Khaleej Times (Dubai), Gulf Today (Sharjah), Daily Star (Beirut) and World Press Review (New York) as well as Hindustan Times, Times of India, and DNA, to mention a few Indian dailies. ...more
