I started my career in the advertising agency business right out of college and moved very quickly into the management ranks. However, being an entrepreneur at heart, I left to start my first business. This was sold to AC Nielsen in the early 1990s. Next, I co-founded an anti-piracy technology company becoming a global expert on the topic. My next engagement was developing the promotion that ensured the continued success of the largest Internet service provider (ISP) in Canada and was followed by my relocating to the Greater-DC area for eleven years.
