“Grown-ups don't look like grown-ups on the inside either. Outside, they're big and thoughtless and they always know what they're doing. Inside, they look just like they always have. Like they did when they were your age. Truth is, there aren't any grown-ups. Not one, in the whole wide world.”

“Words have a magical power. They can bring either the greatest happiness or deepest despair; they can transfer knowledge from teacher to student; words enable the orator to sway his audience and dictate its decisions. Words are capable of arousing the strongest emotions and prompting all men's actions.”

Thanks, Graneo... you too. Should be great. I'm reading Cujo, listening to The Night Circus, and writing an extreme horror novel.

Nick Iuppa Latasha wrote: "hi Nick. i did not read anne rice's beauty series but i know of it."

It's pretty strong stuff and sometimes a little repellant, but even so, it's beautifully written and may be instructive for anyone wanting to write erotic passages or graphic love scenes.

Latasha hi Nick. i did not read anne rice's beauty series but i know of it.

Meliss Happily nominated your book. Lost in poetry writing. Hoping for more time to read this month!
