Erin Jensen graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s in English in 2004, which has paved the way for her to become a starving artist. She has been published in "Tales of the Talisman Magazine," "Health & Wellness Magazine," "The Human Resource Magazine," "KentuckyDoc Magazine," and is currently a staff writer for "Living Well 50 Plus Magazine."
