Graphiste de formation, Gaëtan Picard a œuvré dans le monde de la publicité pendant de nombreuses années, dont une dizaine chez Sid Lee, à Montréal. Tour à tour illustrateur, concepteur et rédacteur, il a touché avec succès à tous les aspects de la communication. Très jeune, il est tenté par l'aventure littéraire et amorce un long périple qui le mènera du fantastique (Azura le double pays) à la science-fiction (Le crâne de la face cachée), en passant par l'épouvante (Le piège), l'anticipation (Au sud de Grabugie) et le polar (L'Esthéticien). Son plus récent roman, Le livre imaginaire, est son texte le plus personnel à ce jour.

En mars 2013, il fonde NUM Éditeur, une maison d'édition numérique dédiée aux littératures de l'imaginaire. ...more
