Steve Locker, Former Harvard Men's Soccer Coach, Former Collegiate and Professional Soccer Player and Father,
envisioned a better way to teach the game of soccer to kids. With input from leading childhood development and behavior specialists along with years of coaching youth soccer, he wrote "Playing for the Long Run" and developed a new way of thinking about youth sports that focuses on how children develop naturally through play. He believes by creating a fun environment where kids build motor skills, social skills, coordination, confidence and self-esteem, children will succeed on and off the field.
