After leaving school to pursue a career in the City of London, I set up a finance house when I was 23.

As my business grew, so did my stress levels. I was a driven entrepreneur with no interest at all in spirituality or religion. This all changed when I was 31. I had an out-of-the-blue spiritual experience which took me on a journey to Egypt and Tibet.

I then met a great 91 year old Kriya Yoga master from India, who changed my life and taught me how to meditate. He showed me how business and spirituality are inextricably linked.

By investing just 1% of my day in meditation, change came to me. Meditation helped me to be more in tune with my true nature - leading to more concentration, more awareness and more success in my hectic career. Throug ...more
