edit data

Demetrio is not a chef and has never claimed to be one. He is a devoted amateur of honest Italian cooking, the everyday kind, faithful to its traditions, who, like Artusi, holds that care and attention count for more than a pan you have owned since birth. He cooks for two, and wrote this book for everyone who does the same.
