I am a S-A-H married mother of two children, living in Bristol, UK. I've always loved reading and writing, and wrote my first story at the age of eight. After reading Colin Dann's 'In the Grip of Winter,' I'd decided to make my own story about talking animals called 'The Mist of Dawnwood,' although the only people to see this story are my Nan and my teacher.

I have worked as a nail technician, a teaching assistant and a nursery nurse. Although I did like my jobs, something always made me want to re-think what I really wanted to do...
