a.d. is a bisexual poet and visual artist. She is drawn to the sacred, the profane, the mysterious and the mythological, which provides inspiration for her work. Her poetry is published in Aôthen, THINK, Anti-Heroin Chic, The Turning Leaf Journal, the engine(idling, PISSOIR! and elsewhere, and has been nominated for Best of the Net and the Pushcart Prize. Meanwhile, her visual art, mainly photography and self-portraiture, is featured in SCAB, Welter, Audi Locus, Hominum Journal, Antler Velvet, Bleating Thing and elsewhere. She is currently working on her first poetry collection.
