“饮食要合理,多吃含蛋白质多的,如鸡肉、鱼肉、鸡蛋、牛奶等,但注意科学合理,一次吃太多显然是浪费,每顿都吃、用作补充都不错。不要拿蛋白质类当饭吃来充饥,这种情况下氨基酸多走了脱氨基途径,难以再形成蛋白质补给肌肉了。还有注意固体蛋白质排空要 3~4 个小时,所以很多人锻炼完马上吃鸡蛋其实晚了,理论上锻炼前吃更好。”
