Lynne Page grew up in the small town of Cornwall, Ontario before eventually moving to Ottawa. Throughout her teenage years, she always fancied herself a writer, but it wasn't until she was an adult with an established career that she actually sat down and began to write in earnest.
Thanks to inspiration from National Novel Writing Month, Page has self-published one novel, and has three more in the works.

In Search of a Positive Food Friend

I’ve recently read a book about using Emotional Intelligence to help with weight-loss and learning to eat healthy.

In this book, the author said something that described me perfectly:

Many people know how to eat healthy, but find themselves incapable of implementing it.
