Fernando Ónega López es un periodista español. Fue director de prensa de la Presidencia del Gobierno de Adolfo Suárez y autor de gran parte de sus discursos, entre ellos el «Puedo prometer y prometo». Es padre de las periodistas Cristina y Sonsoles Ónega.
