Although I have been writing for years, it was only after my youngest graduated high school that I got serious about it. I currently have a children's picture book out - The Little Dog in the Middle of the Road - and have four other picture books under contract. I look forward to seeing them published. I live with 5 chickens 4 dogs, 3 cats, 2 boys and one husband along with lots and lots of cows on a working farm in Virginia.
