When my husband and I first went vegan, both of our families thought we were nuts! But being a vegetarian doesn't mean eating just salad as many think. To proof to myself and our families that eating vegetarian can be delicious, I started putting together my own recipes. Few years and 14 recipe books later, no one is calling us nuts anymore and many joined us on our journey. If you like vegetarian food, you will love my recipes.
