Licenciado en Letras Hispánicas por la Universidad de Guadalajara. Sus cuentos se han inclinado por la ciencia ficción y lo inexplicable; Psi, obtuvo en 2005 una Mención Honorífica dentro del Premio Julio Verne; Florecimiento una Distinción por la Fundación Chileno Japonesa en 2011; e Infinitivo el Tercer Lugar en el Concurso de Cuento Así sucedió en la escuela de Editorial Felou.
