ولد سنة 1949 بكاكت- أركانة [أكادير]، حصل على الاجازة من كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية بفاس سنة 1972، ثم على دبلوم الدراسات العليا من كلية الآداب بالرباط سنة1985. من أعماله: - الشعر المغربي الامازيغي: لهجة سوس - أمالو من الفنون الشعبية المغربي - الشعر الأمازيغي المنسوب إلى سيدي حمو طالب - المتنبي في دراسات المستشرقين.
