Sean Parnell is a public policy professional with more than twenty years of experience in government, campaigns, think tanks, and advocacy. He has written two books: The Self-Pay Patient: Affordable Healthcare Choices in the Age of Obamacare, a consumer guide to obtaining medical care through direct payment; and Unbound: The Conscience of a Republican Delegate, explaining the history of delegate voting rights at the Republican National Convention. He lives in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife Anne and son Ryan.
