After suffering from years of digestive issues from gastritis, bacterial imbalances, parasites, H Pylori and Ulcerative Colitis, I came across the GAPS diet during a naturopathic doctor visit.

I went from being unable to absorb any nutrients to living a healthy, and normal life. It was then that I became passionate about all things related to gut health.

Through my personal struggles, I felt compelled to help others out there who suffer from digestive disorders.

My hope is that you find my books motivating, and resourceful so that you can change your gut health, and ultimately change your life the way diet has changed mine.
