JR Conway was born in Washington DC and raised on a Maryland farm. At the age of 18 was drafted into the U.S. Army. Is a Vietnam era veteran with multiple tours as a helicopter pilot. Upon retiring, JR stepped out of one uniform into another and joined the El Paso County, Colorado Sheriff’s department. He owned a fixed base operation for a short time where he sold aircraft and taught people to fly. Not the best decision he ever made.

Conway moved from Colorado to Wyoming where he started, along with his wife, a security and private investigation company.
