I'm a lover of words. I've been writing for as long as I can remember--poetry, novels, essays, and plays. My primary focus is on writing for young adults--trying to be a beacon in a confusing and difficult world. Since 2016, I've been a part of Ninja Writers, helping other writers develop their craft and find their voices. I'm also a former query intern for Pam Pho, a literary agent at D4EO Literary Agency.

I also write essays on Medium. My posts are diverse and range from writing advice and instruction, to talking about my own struggles with mental health, weight loss, and navigating the world as a superfat person.
