Thodoris Koukias was born and raised in Ioannina. He studied economics in Greece and in the U.K. He returned to Greece to earn a degree in translation and education studies. He worked at the banking industry and later on at the Secretariat General of Youth as a counselor. Currently he works as a professor in high schools all around Greece. His First novel “Dead fish” won a distinction at the “Sikeliana 2014” contest. His much beloved novel “The museum of dried up feelings” was included in the White Ravens 2017 catalogue and in 2022 it was translated and published in Italy under the title “Gli accartocciati”.
