Andrea Micalone è nato il 18/11/1990.
Ora vive a Pescara.
Ha scritto in segreto il suo primo libro all'età di otto anni (un'orribile copia di Jurassic Park) e da allora non ha più smesso di sprecare inchiostro, nel tentativo di emulare i suoi inarrivabili punti di riferimento.
Ha pubblicato racconti e romanzi per adulti e per ragazzi.

Nel 2013, grazie al romanzo di genere fantascientifico "Hodoeporicon", è rientrato tra gli otto finalisti del Premio Urania della Mondadori.
Nel 2016 è 3° classificato al "Premio Battello a Vapore" di Edizioni Piemme.
Nel 2023 il suo romanzo "Atlantis" è stato tradotto in lingua spagnola e pubblicato in Sudamerica.
