Lori Stott believes in living big. She loves scuba-diving, traveling the globe, reading, truth-telling and laughing loudly. She writes about recovery, health, travel, love and loss, activism, parenthood, yoga, and other life adventures. Her writing is filled with the three "H's": honesty, humility and humor.

Originally an East-Coaster, Stott has lived in Colorado since 1990 and continues to find solace in the grandeur of the Rocky Mountain West. She lives with her beloved husband and most awesome daughter with a variety of kooky animals. Breathing Faith is her first book. She is currently working on her second, a series of essays about parenting.
