Philip Webb is an American former academic and current nonprofit executive. He has taught at Emory University, Georgia Tech, DePaul and the University of Oklahoma. Currently, he is the Executive Director of Making It Possible to end Homelessness in New Jersey.

Philip has a Ph.D. in urban studies and social theory from Emory University and earlier had studied at Harvard University, St. John's College, and the University of Georgia.

Having lived in Atlanta, Santa Fe, Boston, Chicago, et al., he now lives in New Jersey and keeps a second home in Kolkata, India.
