When I was a kid, I didn’t have designs on becoming an author. I wanted to be a superhero, cape, and all. It didn’t work out that way, but I write books, and I’ve convinced myself that it’s the same thing.

My first novel, The National Average, somehow turned out to be young adult fiction, Nowadays, I find that my writing now leans more toward urban fantasy, and historical fiction genres.
