Miquel Bauçà Rosselló (Felanitx, Mallorca, 1940 – Barcelona, 2005), poeta i narrador, va destacar pel seu radicalisme verbal i social.

De la seva faceta com a poeta va ser distingit amb el premi Salvat-Papasseit, el 1961, amb Una bella història, un primer llibre que va enlluernar la crítica quan només era una jove promesa. Posteriorment va obtenir altres guardons com el Vicent Andrés Estellés, el 1974, per Notes i comentaris o el Ciutat de Barcelona del 1985 per Carrer Marsala. Aquest últim, el seu primer llibre en prosa, va marcar un punt d'inflexió en l'acollida crítica dispensada a l'autor.
