So they are after the Black Cobra but before the second generation (Amelia, Amanda, etc.)
Yes, The Black Cobra Quartet was in 1822, whereas Amelia and Amanda's stories occur in 1825. I have a chronological booklist on my website if you'd like to look at the full list :) http://www.stephanielaurens.com/chron...

Yes, definitely! I think I've only done The Lady's Command so it's on the list of things to do for the next website update, to get all the books up there.
