Short and sweet. That’s how I do things around here.

Sigh, okay, not really. I want things to be short and sweet, as in simple and easy, but it seems like a near-impossible task at times. Things somehow end up complicated and busy. I need to take a page from Deidre’s book, I think.

Here’s one of my favorite recipes. The flavors are fresh and the colors remind me of spring.
