Hear you. Some of the glitch art is super disturbing. But kind of in a good way, I think. For me, it's a kind of disturbing that, at least with most of the stuff I've seen so far, I appreciate. It's powerful and it also seems to me to have an element of shaking things up--a unique kind of subversiveness. Not feeling very articulate here, need to research a bit more, but hopefully at some point will have more meaningful things to say about it.
I'm still have a lot to learn about it--I didn't even know it existed before reading this book (The Original Face).
