Keep going Kris, we all hope to get your and other books to read, as you said, to escape the reality. You all make us happy for hours and hours. I wish you all the best and that your ideas are flowing again, and I still hope we can get back to some normality soon. Starting the latest at Nov. 3rd. Love and hugs from far away
Believe or not, it’s good to hear these words from someone else only because many of us are feeling the same way. Thanks for saying it out loud and know that you are reaching many of us. Because g hugs.

It doesn't help that a deadline is looming - and I'm going to miss it :( That just means double time on the other side of this book.
Karen wrote: " Thank you for sharing. So many of us have similar thoughts."It's a tough year for sure. I know we're all struggling. Thank you for understanding. I can't wait for the world to quit burning and dying.
Hopefully we all have learned some things this year, to make the world a better place again. Although sadly there are some people who will never learn, hopefully on the other side are many more people
Hey Kris! Thanks for sharing with us !! 😊😊
Indeed, current times are hard, on so many fronts ... 🤯
But remember that a shared burden is less heavy to carry. So let's all carry it together.
Hang in there my Dear !! Everything (the pandemic, the wildfires, the covidiot -- make that plural -- etc) will pass. We just have to be patient ... and hopeful !!!
Even if it's a struggle, don't give up on writing, please.
Personally I like a lot your books (WLW, HEA & animals .... what's not to like in there??) and we need them ...
Best thoughts ... & good luck for the deadline.
Oh ... Also on their way : a lot of ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ & some huge 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 and 😘😘😘😘😘😘
From a reader fan who also struggles heavily with depression, I'm sending big virtual hugs your way right now.

Jumping in with support from a fellow Missourian. Times are tough. Hang in there - we'll get through it. Deep breaths. One foot (word?) in front of the other. You're not alone by any means. By the way - your books are great. :-)

Thank you so much. It's been a rough couple of days, but I am doing better. It's nice to share and have people understand what I'm going through and support me so much.

A growing year for the world. We need to do better.

Gaby"Thank you, Gaby! I'm happy my stories are touching hearts. I enjoy writing so much, but this year has been so difficult to be creative. Here's to positive changes in the coming months. And to more hugs. God, I miss hugs!
You're human, Kris. It would be weird if you didn't feel overwhelmed. It's like we are living in an alternate universe and with so much crazy shit going on (on a daily basis) it's hard to keep your focus. But if writing is your happy place, you have to keep trying to stay in that bubble. Your writing brings me great joy. xxx

I want to wake up from this nightmare so I can be fresh and focused. I love writing. It's who I am, but I've learned that I can only take so much before I break. This is new for me, but I'm trying. Thank you for the encouraging words <3
