Hello and welcome to my last newsletter/blog for 2023. This past year has been a busy one for me. I have self published a Daily Journal on Amazon, self published a fully illustrated children’s book ‘Going To The Beach’ & self published YA supernatural fantasy book ‘The Two Axes’, which entailed not only writing them, but also editing, formatting, approving illustrations, book cover approvals, printing, deliveries, etc., etc. Mostly, I just love the writing and editing process, especially when my creative juices get flowing. But what does take up a lot of my time is advertising, or what I call social media posts. Did you know that I am now on most social media platforms - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Goodreads, LinkedIn, oh and of course I have my own website www.susanhoddy.com to manage. Its all so time consuming, but that is the life of a self published author, and I love it.

I would like to thank; you, my readers, and my family and friends, and also the book stores who are currently stocking all my books; for all the support you have given me over the past year. Its always a happy moment when I get new order, or meet people at book signings. And an even better moment when I find a new review online.
