Don’t Pet the Cat

Isn’t she beautiful? Even if she’s one of my cougar shifters, they don’t want to be petted by some random stranger. She has a look in her eyes that say don’t even think about it! I took the photo of her at the Waco zoo.

I’ve been working on Highland Wolf edits again. I thought my chapters were a little long, so dividing them up a bit, which means adding some more material, hooks, etc. So I put off proofing it until I get that done.

Darla Taylor Simply gorgeous!!! Stunning picture! You know how much I love cougars. :) I do love all big cats (and cats in general), but cougars have a special place in my heart. They're the one animal the San Antonio Zoo doesn't have that I wish they did. It makes sense for them to have a cougar or two, Cougars are both an American 'big cat' and a Texas 'big cat'. They should get with the Austin Rescue Zoo and take one or two of their rescued cougars. The Auston Rescue Zoo is a small, nonprofit zoo, and could use the help with their animals.
