I couldn’t post for the last couple of days because I kept getting an error message and it wouldn’t let me post anything.
I was sick during the night, yesterday night, and when I saw the doctor, my kidneys were in distress. So I ended up having to get a fluid infusion late that afternoon. I left at 5 am for the first appts, and got home, and had to go to the hospital closer by and got home at 5 pm, so it was a long day.
Still sick with this cold. But my blood counts were looking good despite having the chemo. Platelets were nearly normal. It’s supposed to make them go down, so fingers crossed that they don’t. But the chemo pills are causing lower GI problems.
I have 51 weeks to go on the chemo. Yay! Easier to think of it that way than days.

I noticed you hadn't been posting so I allowed myself to skip a few days. I figured you weren't feeling well so weren't up to posting. Sorry about the problems trying to post. Glad you can post now.
Sorry you're still not feeling well and that you spent such a long day with doctors and procedures. That's scary that your kidneys were in distress. Glad the blood count numbers are looking good. Hope it stays that way.
