I don't get to read as many for pleasure as I used to. Not that I don't enjoy the ones I read for reviews(I try to pick out those that might interest me and have only been fooled a couple of times). But the pleasure of sitting down with a book just to enjoy myself doesn't happen as much as I'd like. Though I manage to get in a few. That I'm retired and don't have to work frees up a lot of time.

I guess all reading is fun, so maybe I make a too fine of a point. Thanks for the insights, Randy.
I know what you mean about burning out on reading. I had joined the Goodreads Reading Challenge last year. I was going to read 100 books in a year. I did fine for a while but closer to the years end it became harder and harder to read a book. I read 93 books that year. It was a strange feeling not wanting to read.

Thanks for the comment.
