For those of you who put your request in for the drawing of the book Mr. District Attorney I appreciate your interest in the book and you can get a e-book copy on Amazon for $.99 or a paperback copy for $10.95. In an effort to get more people reading my books I will be giving away copies of Camp Ellis which is a true story about my father closing down Camp Ellis an Army base in the middle of Illinois after the Second World War. The story is about my brother and I wandering around a deserted Army base and going to a small grade school. I learned to play basketball with my brother and we helped the Ipava Illinois Grade School go to the state championship in basketball. If interested in history you’ll learn how the government quickly built massive Army bases all over the country and then had to turn them back into farming land after the war. It’s a good read for kids to learn about the sacrifices military children endure so that their parents can protect the country which is true today.
